Canton Cowl Pattern
Our family lived in Canton, Michigan when I was a child, and it is also where a friend, who recently lost her battle to cancer, called home. It seems the older we get, the more people we love who find themselves battling this disease. In honor of those we’ve lost, and in support of those still fighting, a portion of the sales of this pattern will be donated to Michigan cancer charities.
Canton makes use of one multi-colored yarn paired with a high contrast solid showing off your favorite skein of hand dyed or slow striping yarn to its best advantage. The simple, repetitive slip stitch pattern makes it easy to memorize and knit on the go, making it perfect for social knitting or for waiting at appointments.
